I’m the founder of Elev8d Solutions and a practicing consultant with Endeavor Management, a global consulting firm and member of Anderson consulting. I bring decades of leadership experience from corporate and small business settings. I have an MBA, BA, and am an internationally certified coach (ICF ACC). I have multiple certifications in leadership, coaching, positive psychology, personal and professional development. I find joy seeing my clients find new levels of success, happiness, and resilience.

AND PERSONALLY

Devoted to family, faith, friends, and fitness, I prioritize balance for personal well-being and growth. My daily spiritual and positive practices recharge my heart, mind, and soul and ignite my energy. I face challenges with courge, and find joy along the way. Beyond work, you'll find me spending time with my family, enjoying time in nature, pickleball, yoga, weight training, and walking with my dog and a podcast or book in my ear.
