THE ELEV8D PLAN

1. Identify & Prioritize

Start your journey by identifying and prioritizing the eight areas that matter most. This could include key business objectives, leadership and team goals or areas in your personal life such as faith, family, relationships, career, finance, health, personal growth, friendships, hobbies, and more. Give each area of focus a creative name for a personalized touch.

2. Envision and Action

For each area, follow a transformative 8-step process. The most important step is to know where you’re going and why. Craft your ideal vision and a flexible plan with actionable steps to propel you towards your vision. This plan is dynamic and can be adjusted as your needs evolve.

3. Review Progress

Regularly review your plan to track your progress. Life is full of surprises, and your needs may change. This is your chance to adapt and update your plan, ensuring it stays in sync with your evolving journey.

4. Celebrate

No need to wait for monumental victories to celebrate. Here, we rejoice in progress, small victories, and key milestones along your journey. Every step forward is an achievement worth acknowledging.

  • I believe people are most successful and fulfilled when they play to their strengths. It’s also helpful to identify how to interact and communicate successfully with people who have different strengths. I draw from many different strengths assessments to help my clients better understand themselves and others. Options include:

    • DISC (identifies communication styles)

    • VIA Character Strengths (Identifies most important values)

    • Working Genius (identifies styles of work)

    • Gallup Strengths Finder (identifies top overall strengths)

    • Birkman Method (identifies strengths, behaviors, motivations, and interests)
